A Vanilla Butter Cake -
soaked in three milks, filled with whipped cream, frosted with my signature buttercream, topped with finely chopped white chocolate and a white chocolate disc! 
I also frost this with a spiced buttercream and top with chopped almonds, like I did for the cover of this book!

soaked in three milks (one being coconut milk) filled with whipped cream, frosted with my signature buttercream, topped with shredded coconut!

chocked full of chocolate chips with a delicious dark chocolate orange zest ganach frosting, topped with an orange candy!

This Spice Cake is filled with lots of fresh shredded carrots, pineapple, pecans and raisins, topped with a traditional cream cheese frosting and a carrot.
